What if an item is sold out?
Sold out styles may become available again, however this is not guaranteed. To be notified of availabilty, email orders@direro.com with your requested item, size, and color along with your preferred contact information.
Can I add a personalized note to gift orders?
If you’re interested in adding a note to your order, please contact us before purchasing to coordinate the personalization with our store team. This may take up to 1-2 weeks depending on the product availability and shipping location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
What method of payment is accepted?

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?
For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties are already included in the product price, which is shown on the product page and at checkout. For orders shipping to a country on our DDU list, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. DIRERO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Senior Cord, undergarments, socks, exclusive collaborations and holiday styles are final sale.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international returns and exchanges, contact orders@direro.com. We will provide an express prepaid return label for shipment via DHL using our negotiated rates. The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value. By using the provided returns waybill, you consent to this deduction.
What happens when I purchase from third-party retailers?

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at orders@direro.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

Due to unprecedented demand and interest in the Bespoke Jacket program, our artisans have reached full capacity. Moving to a waitlist ensures we can manage orders with the utmost care, and maintain the quality and craftsmanship of each piece.
How does the waitlist work?
You may join the waitlist through the Bespoke Jacket or at a Bode retail location. Once your place in the queue comes up, a member of our dedicated team will reach out with next steps to place your order.
Direro Design Page?
This technique is inspired by an early 20th-century collegiate tradition in which seniors illustrated their corduroys with personal motifs. The tradition evolved to include illustrating the cords with lettering and drawings—symbolizing the seniors’ fraternities, sororities, clubs, majors, home states, favorite activities, and other aspects of their lives.
Through the Bode Senior Cord program, we offer customizable trousers, jackets, dresses, tote tags, and pillows. Our customers reflect on meaningful moments or events with an interview about their life, identifying everything from persona nicknames and symbols, fine artworks and book covers, to favorite restaurants, poems, phrases, and family photos. The Senior Cord piece is then personally illustrated with colorful drawings by one of the artisans in our New York studio. The finished piece forms a constellation of imagery around a personal theme, a history of a romance or friendship, or a family story.

How long will it take to be selected to place my order?
At this time, we are not able to provide an estimated timeline. Each piece is handcrafted, and the time required can vary based on the details of the order. An estimated timeline will be shared once we reach out to you to begin your order.
