Items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Once off pieces, holiday styles and exclusive collaborations are final sale. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Direro items purchased from other retailers including full full-priced or sale items.
